Mr. Jerry Leon Myles age 63 of Alabama Street passed away Wednesday June 3, 2015 at his home. Born in Henderson County NC he is a son of the late James Lester Myles and Louise Sinclair Myles. Jerry was an electrician by trade and was a veteran of the US Army serving with the Airborne Division during the Vietnam War. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Joleen Lowery Myles of the home, three daughters Kelly Myles, Nikki Rhodes and Amanda Myles all of Hendersonville, NC; five sons Jerry Levi Myles, Dusty Ellis, John Ellis, Cody Ellis all of Forest City NC and Brian Herzing of Oklahoma, cousin Phyllis DeSoto of Hendersonville, NC, one sister Leslie Myles and one brother Jimmy Myles, twenty-five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held 3 PM Sunday June 7, 2015 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev.Christopher Myles and Rev. Johnny McCarty officiating.
