Johnny Hudson

Johnny Hudson age 94, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on October the 10th, 2012. Johnny was the son of the late Joe Ben and Adaline Mae Canipe Hudson.He was a farmer and a member of Sandy Level Baptist Church. He is survived by his fourteen children, Betty Smith of Rutherfordton, J.B. Hudson of Rutherfordton, Edna Hudson of Bostic, Floyd Hudson of Hickory, Tim Hudson and wife Amy of Forest City, Jearldean Street and husband Bobby of Morganton, Wayne Hudson of Rutherfordton, Margaret Craven of Rutherfordton, Tina Flynn and husband Michael of Ellenboro, Brenda Quijano and husband Shane of Ellenboro, Glenda Canipe and husband Tim of Ellenboro, Brandy Hudson of Ellenboro, Tylor Hudson of Ellenboro, and Amanda Toney and husband Nathan of Ellenboro; thirty grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; brothers, Clyde Hudson of Golden Valley; Hube Hudson of Casar; sisters Elvie Hudson, Bessie Smith, and Brunie Hubbard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vernie May Hudson. Memorial services will be held 2 PM Friday, October 12 at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Robbie Hensley officiating.
