Johnny Lester Ledbetter of Lincoln Road Forest City died on July 31, 2009 at the Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte NC. He was a native of Rutherford County and was born on January 4, 1942. He was the son of the late Howard and Frances Jackson Ledbetter. He was a retired car dealer in the Forest City area. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter Rhonda Denise Medford and a brother Bill Ledbetter. He is survived by his son Darryl Roy Ledbetter and Two Grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday August 3 from 5-6:30 PM at Crowe’s Mortuary. Graveside services will be held at 10 Am on Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation 434 Fayetteville Street Mall, Raleigh, NC 27601-1762. Crowe’s Mortuary and Crematory is in charge.
