Lawrence Howard Lynch Sr. age 57 of Union Mills, died peacefully Monday, November 19 at Hospice House. Born to the late Gus and Annie Forney Lynch, Lawrence was a native of Rutherford County. He was retired from Broyhill Furniture in Rutherfordton, NC. Left to cherish his memory are four daughters, Felita Murray of Holly Springs, NC, Lori Campbell of Forest City, Lesley Brown of Gastonia, and Maria Edwards of Forest City; one sister, Louise White of Union Mills ; one brother Albert Lynch Sr. of Union Mills, and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, November 24 at Union Hill AME Zion Church with Rev. Thelena Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
