Mamie Arrowood Duncan, 88, of Rutherfordton, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010. She was born in Cleveland County, NC and was a homemaker. She was a member of Full Gospel Revival Center in Rutherfordton. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Duncan, her Parents, Arrie and Johnny Arrowood, Seven Brothers, Four Sisters, and Two Grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Reba Lawing and husband Jerry of Marion, Sons; James Daniel (Dan) Duncan and wife Marilyn of Rutherfordton, Jerry Eugene Duncan and wife Pat of Rutherfordton, Norris Edward Duncan and wife Elaine of Gallatin, Tenn., a great-grandson that she raised, Jason Sean Johnson and wife Jessica of Rutherfordton, thirteen Grandchildren, twenty Great-Grandchildren, and eighteen Great-Great-Grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday November 22, 2010 from 6-8PM at Crowe’s Mortuary and Chapel. Funeral services will be Tuesday November 23, 2010 at 2PM in Crowe’s Chapel with Rev. Tommy Hutchins and Rev. Eunice Allison officiating. Burial will follow in the Piedmont Baptist Church cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Full Gospel Revival Center, P.O.
