Marilyn June (Campbell Reed) Wilkoff, 78 Marilyn June (Campbell Reed) Wilkoff, 78, of Lake Lure, died Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Hospice of Rutherford County. She was born June 9, 1935, in Lima, Ohio, the daughter of Lisle and Mary Mae Campbell. Marilyn graduated from Lima Central High School in Lima, Ohio in 1953. In September of 1956 she married Ray Thomas Reed of Wapakoneta, Ohio. Marilyn devoted her life to her children and assisting Tom as the bookkeeper for his dental practice in New Carlisle, Ohio. In her spare time Marilyn enjoyed anything to do with nature, the outdoors and her beloved animals/pets. She is survived by her husband Gary Wilkoff; three children, David (Julie) Reed of Milford, Kevin (Penny) Reed of New Carlisle and Steven (Paula) Reed of Vandalia; seven grandchildren, Ben (Lauren) Reed, Tyler Reed, Amanda (Mark) Hepfer, Alexander Reed, Aaron Reed, Zachary Reed, Savannah Reed; two great grandchildren, Hannah and Mason Hepfer. Marilyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray T Reed, her father, Lisle E Campbell, her mother, Mary Mae Campbell, and a brother, Tom Campbell. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairfield Mountains Chapel (1384 Buffalo Creek Road, Lake Lure, NC 28746) with Reverend Everette H. Chapman officiating.
