Mary Etta Gallant a native of Middlesex, MA, passed away on Saturday April the 16th. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Joseph Gallant, and her parents Edward and Mary Garron. Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters Susan Mary St. Pierre of Rutherfordton, NC and Cheryl Stowell of Gainesville, Florida; three sons Paul Gallant Jr. of Tavares, FL, Thomas Gallant of Peabody, MA and Stephen Gallant of Leesburg, FL; one sister Eva Alongi of Scottsdale, AZ; two brothers Edward Garron of Pembroke Pines, FL and Joseph Garron of Somerville, MA; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday April the 20th at 11:00AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Burke officiating. The family will receive friends at Crowe’s Funeral Home on Tuesday April the 19th from 6-8PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rutherford County Senior Center 193 Callahan-Koon Rd Spindale, NC 28160 or the Rutherford County Hospice POB 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
