Lib Hardin Mary Elizabeth “Lib” Hardin age 67 of White Oak Manor Rutherfordton left to be with the Lord Wednesday March 9. She was greeted in heaven by her husband John Lee “J.L.” Hardin and her parents Paul & Betty Jane Ray. She leaves 5 loving and caring daughters; Debbie Avey of Union Mills, Sherri Burgess of Union Mills, Terri Fender of Rutherfordton, Mary Keeter of Sunshine and Dianne Morrow of Rutherfordton; a sister Pauline Allen of Forest City 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 1 very special niece Brandi hardin of Ellenboro and 3 great nieces. Services will be 2 PM Friday at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Welcome Home Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Michael Snelgrove and Rev. Bruce Caldwell will officiate. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County “Indigenet Care Fund” P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
