Mary Pritchard

Mrs. Sue Pritchard age 76 of Iron Wheel Drive passed away Thursday January 12, 2012 at Hospice House of Forest City. A native of Rutherford County she was a homemaker and a member of Cross Way Baptist Church of Mooresboro, NC. She was a daughter of the late Enoch & Viola Searcy McDaniel and widow of Robert Edward Pritchard. Left to cherish her memories are her son Larry Pritchard of Rutherfordton, daughter Betty Jean Owens of Forest City, brothers Wayne McDaniel of VA and Carl McDaniel of Bostic, sisters Edna Wishon of Spindale, Lottie Craig of Swannanoa, Ann Blackwell of Asheville and Sarah Weatherman of Ellenboro. She is also survived by one grandchild and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Saturday January 14, 2012 at Byers Baptist Church in Polk County with Rev. Neil Murray, Rev. Bobby Bates and Rev. Pherson Weatherman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Concluding services will be held in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cross Way Baptist Church P.O. Box 551 Ellenboro, NC 28040. The family will be gathering at the home of Pherson Weatherman 914 Old Hollis Road Ellenboro, NC 28040.
