Milton Shroyer

Rutherfordton, NC Mr. Milton “Lefty” Shroyer age 87 passed away Saturday October 23, 2010 at Rutherford Hospital. A native of Colorado Springs, CO he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during World War Two and a retired service station owner. Mr. Shroyer was preceded in death by his parents Walter Robert Shroyer & Veva Marie Luke Shroyer and his wife Pearl Fowler Shroyer. Left to cherish his memory are daughters Mrs. Jeff (Veva) Wilson of Spindale, NC and Mrs. Walter (Nita) Pitts of Shelby, NC. Two grandchildren Mrs. Tracy (Lynn) Wilson and Michael Wilson, two great grandchildren Jazzlynne and Emma Wilson. One sister Veva Keck of Midvale, UT. A celebration of life will be held 2 PM Monday October 25, 2010 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. Rick Wall and Rev. Fred Williams officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Military Honors will be provided by The Rutherford County Honor Guard.
