Moira Donnelly Williams age 49 of 144 Tiny Creek Dr. Rutherfordton died Tuesday at her home. She was a native of Natick, Ma., a resident of Rutherford County for 4 years, a former Air Force officer and defense contractor. She graduated with honors from Regis College and the Air Force Institute of Technology. She is survived by her husband Bo Williams; parents Lawrence and Dorothea Mullin Donnelly of Wilmington, Ma.; brothers Mark, Matthew and Tim, her sister Megan and aunts Martha and Mary Mullin. A memorial service and mass are planned for Monday September 27 in Wilmington, Ma.
