Nancy Morrow Spicer, 64, of Forest City, died Friday, January 2, 2015 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late John D. and Iva Lee Harrill Morrow. She had worked as a secretary for many years and was a member of First Baptist Church, Spindale. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Tosha Ramsey and husband Shane; son, Clint Spicer and wife Rebecca of Lincolnton, NC; grandchildren Cole Ramsey of Forest City, Isaac Spicer and Caleb Spicer of Lincolnton; sisters Brenda Waters and husband Jerry of Rutherfordton and Sandra Philbeck and husband Robert of Raleigh, NC. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Spicer. Memorial services will be held 4PM Monday, January 5, 2015 at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Neil Perry officiating.
