Pansy Robbins Parker, age 105 of Union Mills, NC passed away peacefully at home on July 18th 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Zeb and Margaret Robbins on July 16th 1913 in Caldwell County. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Lewis Parker. Two sons, Melvin Parker, and Hoyle Parker (twin of Howard). Four brothers, Turner Robbins, Green Robbins, Walter Robbins, and Ernie Marlowe; one sister Mae Wilkerson. Surviving are twins, Faye White (Norris) of Rutherfordton, Kay Lawing of Marion; son Howard Parker (twin of Hoyle) (Frances) of Old Fort; ten grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She was a loving, Christian lady who was content as a homemaker. She loved and took care of her family all of her life. She could be heard calling their names out in prayer at night. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Reginia Swink, Angie McMurray Jennifer Parker, and Arlene Crowe for all of their tender loving care. The family will receive friends on Friday July 20th 2018 from 6-8PM at Crowe’s Mortuary. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday July 21st at Montford Cove Missionary Baptist Church, 4920 Cove Rd, Union Mills, NC 28167, Rev. Parker will officiate.
