Obituary for Quinton Alvin Schaffer

Quinton Alvin Shaffer, 86, of Rutherfordton passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Weatherly, PA, and the son of the late Quinton Alvin Schaffer and Irene Meyers Shaffer. He was a veteran of the US Army and Air force serving in WW II and the Korean War. Quinton was a graduate of Penn State University and was an Aeronautical Engineer for GE.
He is survived by his wife, Shriley Stanton Schaffer, daughter Barbara Hornibrook and grandson Jonathan Hornibrook.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
