Rachel Womack Elliott, 89, of Rutherfordton, died Thursday, April 18, 2019 at her home. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late George William and Julie Hollifield Womack. She retired from Rutherford Hospital. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Billy Dee Elliott. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday, April 22, 2019 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. Debbie Toney. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will follow in New Hope United Methodist Church cemetery.
