Union Mills Thomas “Wolf” Williams Thomas Edward “Wolf” Williams, age 75, beloved husband of Betty Brooks Williams of 3255 Hwy 221 N. Union Mills, NC passed away Friday at Hospice House. Thomas was a native of Madill, Ok., the son of the late Murphy Alex Williams and Minnie Chapman Williams, brother of the late Bill Williams, a US Naval Veteran of the Vietnam War and was retired from Reeves Brothers. In addition to his wife Betty he leaves to cherish his memory his children Sherri Williams Lane (Joey) of Gilkey, Lisa Williams Hargett (Jeff) of Union Mills, Tammy Williams Walker (Clint) of Union Mills, Tommy Ray Williams (April) of Union Mills; grandchildren Stacey Lane Tolley (Donald) and their daughter Gracey, Brooke Hargett and Joshua Hargett, Alex Walker and Justin Walker, Blakley Williams and Raylan “Bud” Williams; brother Bob Williams of McPherson, Ks. and sister Janet Duncan of Bartlesville, Ok. A celebration of the life of Thomas Edward “Wolf” Williams will be held at 2 PM Tuesday March 10 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Chaplin Sy Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow in Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with military honors provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
