Wilma (Wink) H. McMahan, 81, wife of James K. McMahan, passed away October 7, 2014 at her daughter’s home, and went to be with her Lord and Savior. She was of the Baptist faith. Born in Rutherfordton, NC and later moved to Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Memory G. Hudson and Vada Crowe Billingsley. Left to cherish her memories are her husband of forty nine years, James K. McMahan; loving mother to her daughter Sherry Arms (Ron) and son R. Scott Nelon; grandsons Alan D. King Jr. and Robert (Rob) S. Nelon II (Amy); granddaughter Latricia N. Yelton; two great grandchildren; a loving sister Betty H. Koone and her three children. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two grandsons, D. Shane Brooks and Joseph S. Nelon. A special heartfelt thanks to Gentiva Hospice and everyone involved in her loving care. It was a blessing to work with all of you. Funeral services will be held 2PM Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Crowe’s Mortuary. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Burial will follow in Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
