Mr. Cortez Allen Spann of 3917 Dalebrook Drive, Dumfries, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019. He was born November 1, 1968 to Claretha Sturghill Spann and the late James Alfred Cortez Spann.

Left to cherish the memory of his life are his Mother, one Daughter, one sister Pamela (Leonard) Green of Woodbridge, VA; one brother Trace (Dona) Maurice Clark of Ackworth, GA. and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life Services will be held at Holsey Memorial CME Church on Saturday, April 13, 2019, 2:00 pm., with Reverend Barbara McCullum officiating. Members of the family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm, but will assemble at the residence of his mother, Claretha Spann, at other times.
