Mr. Robert Lee Bailey, 80, of 606 Foxcroft Terrace, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Davis Regional Medical Center. Celebration of Life Services will be conducted on Sunday, April 19, 2015, at 3:00 pm, at Mt. Vernon AME Zion Church. Members of the family received friends from 2:00 pm to 3:00 p.m., at the church.
