Sarah Heller

Psalm 139:1; Oh Lord, you have searched me and you know me. Mrs. Sarah Mae Connor Heller, 77, of 529 Park Drive, Statesville, was born in Iredell County on May 26, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Mattie Sloan Connor. She passed away at Acordius Health of Statesville on Sunday, August 25, 2019, following an extended illness. She was a High School Graduate and was a homemaker. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland Heller. She leaves to cherish the memory of her life her son, Cleveland Wesley Heller of Statesville; two daughters, Ramona Y. Heller and Mattie (Tainta) Tucker, both of Statesville; two brothers, Willie Charles Hill and Nathaniel Connor, both of Statesville; grandchildren, Amanda Roseboro, Shakika Sharpe, Clarence O’Brian Heller, Derrick Dwayne Alexander, Tammie Heller, Teonte Heller, Terry Rankin, JR., Stephen Heller and Norman Chambers; and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life Services will be conducted Friday, August 30, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home. Members of the family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., but will assemble at the residence at other times.
