Teresa Daniels

Mrs. Teresa Ann Wilson Daniels, 71, of 615 Highland Avenue, died at Wake Medical Center in Winston-Salem on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, following a brief illness. She was born in Iredell County on February 29, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Stephen Lynn Wilson, Jr. and Elizabeth Elnora Ramseur Wilson. She was married to Joseph Daniels, who preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish the memory of her life, one daughter, Beverly Millette Daniels of the home; her siblings, Seifullah (Mahasin) El-Amin and Valarie (Cecil) Mayberry, both of Statesville, Lillian (James) Tillman of Charlotte, Faith Wilson, Iris Murdock, Nina (Warren) James, all of Statesville, Tana Imes of Hickory and Glenita Wilson of Statesville; nieces and nephews including Yolanda Wilson, Tanisha Wilson and Quentin Cowan; a host of aunts and uncles, Lottie Chambers, Blondene Ramseur, Betty James, Sarah Ramseur, Joanna Ramseur, Mildred Ramseur, Rodney Ramseur, Jr, Shirley Ramseur, Ruth Wilson and Delores Wilson; a host of cousins, the Chestnut Grove Church Family, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life Services will be conducted Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. Elder Christopher Daniels will officiate and Reverend Dale Gibson, Pastor, will eulogize. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Daniels will remain at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home until taken to the church to lie in state at 1:00 p.m. Members of the family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., but will assemble at the residence at other times.
