Patricia Daniels, 86 Patricia Daniels, 86 of Polk passed away, Thursday evening, August 22, 2019 in the Good Shepherd Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 6, 1933 to the late Carl and Alma (Bernauer) Leine in Cleveland. Pat married the love of her life, James A. Daniels Sr. on August 23, 1951. She was employed for many years at Drug Mart and previously at K-Mart and Pump House Ministries. Pat was a volunteer throughout her life; and an avid blood donor always putting others needs before her own. She was a devoted member Peace Lutheran Church. Pat is survived by one daughter, Linda Forest of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; a daughter-in-law, Tana Daniels of Polk; two granddaughters, Rebekah Forest of Barcelona, Spain and Rachel (Nathan) Heilmann of Denver, Colorado; one grandson, Andrew (Leah) Forest of Baltimore, Maryland; and two great grandsons, Charlie Forest Heilmann and Anderson James Forest; and two expected great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Pat is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James A. Daniels Sr. who passed away on April 7, 2017; and one son, James A. Daniels II who passed away December 26, 2014. Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Peace Lutheran Church, 1360 Smith Road, Ashland, Ohio 44805 with Reverend Karen J. Liddy officiating. Interment will be in the Redhaw Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church.
