Robert “Bob” A. Flury, 56 Robert “Bob” A. Flury, 56 of Nova passed away, Friday, September 29, 2017 in University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center. He was born on May 18, 1961 in Berea, Ohio to George and Frances (nee Spooner) Flury. Bob graduated from Crestview High School, Class of 1979. Following his graduation, Bob proudly served in the United States Army. Bob married the former Sherry Biddinger on October 19, 1996. He was employed at Bosch Rexroth Corporation in Wooster for more than 10 years. Bob was a member of the Nova Community United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life. Bob was a hard worker was always willing to do anything for anyone. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Mrs. Sherry Flury of Nova; his mother, Frances Flury of Polk; one daughter, Alisha (Curtis) Dorsey of Shelby; two sons, Chad Flury of Mansfield and Jacob A. Flury of Nova; and two brothers, Dennis Flury of Mansfield and Frank Flury of Rock Lick, Kentucky. Bob is preceded in death by his father, George Flury; and two brothers, Douglas and Donald Flury. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Nova Community United Methodist Church, 257 State Route 511, Nova, Ohio 44859 with Reverend Harry Finkbone officiating. Interment will follow in the Nova Cemetery where the Ashland Veteran’s Honor Guard will conduct full military honors. Friends may call Friday, October 6, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home and Saturday prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the church.
