TINNEY, Tonda C., (nee Williams) beloved wife of the late Edward Tinney. Loving mother of Ross and Ryan Tinney. Loving daughter of Mary (nee Thomas) and the late Ed Williams. Dear sister of Tamra Duffey and Theresa (Bobby) Decker. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Passed away December 6, 2012. Age 58 years. Visitation Tuesday at the Minges Funeral Home 10385 New Haven Rd., Harrison, OH from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 1:00 P.M. Burial Glen Haven Cemetery.
