Bill is the beloved husband of Mary E. Tinney for 44 years. He is the dear father of Mary (Lee) George, Kenneth (Cris) Wallace, Steven Wallace, Bruce (Michelle) Wallace & Dennis (Connie) Wallace, grandfather of Amanda, Nicholas, Angela, Sara, Christopher, Jennifer, Alex, Dylan, Rachel and Jessica, great-grandfather of Raegan and William, brother of Allen Orrick and Audrey Austin, uncle of Mary B. Barnes and many other nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents Douglas & Zora Tinney.
Bill was a member of the National Federation of Riders, Harrison American Legion Post 199 and Cheviot FOE Aerie 2197.
