Thomas Fogarty, 62, of Washington Twp., passed away on July 10, 2017, He is preceded in death by his father, William Fogarty, mother, Audrey Fogarty, sister, Christine Fogarty and brother-in-law, Bill Frick. Tom is survived by his sister's Kimberly Frick, Barrie (Bob) Suhr, brother's Robert (Gigi) Fogarty, Bruce (Sue) Fogarty, numerous nieces and nephews, loving girlfriend Melissa Paff, and his loyal service dog Sandy. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 456 Woodman Dr., Dayton, OH, 2:00 p.m., family will visitation 1:00-2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Circle Tail, 8834 Carey St., Pleasant Plain, OH 45162 in Tom's memory.
