Tony Tolin (James A. Tolin), age 68, U.S Army Veteran of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on July 15, 2017. He leaves behind his children, Tonya, Stephanie, Benny, Josh, Chance and Billie Sue and numberous grandchildren. Two brothers, David Tolin and Jeff Tolin, as well as two sisters, Marilyn Adams and Melodie Tolin. A Celebration of Life will be posted on social media at a later date.
