Foster E. Miller age 88 of Perry died on May 14, 2017 at his home. He was born on May 18, 1928 in St. George, W.Va to the late Wesley Miller and Daisey Miller Hines. Foster worked for Painesville City for 31 years. After his retirement, he continued to work doing cement work and odd jobs. He loved fishing, hunting, and playing with his grand kids. Survivors are his daughters, Deborah "Debbie" (David) Rostocil of Perry and Pam (Mike) McGroarty of Perry; son, Foster "Buzz" (Nancy) Miller, Jr. of Painesville; 8 grandchildren, Rich, Tim, Lori, Jamie, David, Dana, Duston, Kevin; 17 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie June Miller; daughter, Judy Deakins; 4 sisters; 3 brothers; great granddaughter, Lexi Miller. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 6-8PM at Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave. (opposite Lake Erie College) Painesville, Ohio 44077. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Perry Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
