Maxine Harriet Frahn passed away peacefully on January 06, 2018. She was 95 years old, born on November 07, 1922 to Maude Mae and Ed Wilson.
Maxine was married to George William Frahn Jr. for over 50 years. George preceded her in death by 18 years. Maxine cherished being a wife to George and a mother to her three children. She enjoyed cooking for her family and lovingly caring for her home. She also loved the Detroit Tigers and always found nature to be a great reflection of God in her life. Before marriage, Maxine worked for Dr. Jim Collins as his office manager/medical assistant, a job she spoke highly of all thru her life. During her family years, she also held down many part time jobs from office manager to librarian. Maxine always put her family and her home first though.
Maxine recently celebrated her 95 birthday with her entire family around her. Son George (Ann) Frahn, son Michael (Donna) Frahn, daughter Robin (Dick) Lavalley and her 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Maxine’s family would like to thank Promedica Hospice and the Lakes of Sylvania for their wonderful care the last few weeks of her life.
