Angela Davis “Angie” also affectionately known as “Ca-Ca” by her nieces and nephew was born on January 28, 1963 and was called home on June 13, 2019.

Angela spent over 25 years working as an educator in the Toledo Public Schools Special Education classrooms. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling with her parents to St. Louis, Lake Hope and other places. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Angela was a gifted artist, dog lover and Stevie Wonder fan. She was vivacious with a quick-witted sense of humor and she loved a good laugh. Above all these things Angie was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend.

Angela is preceded in death by her parents Margaret L. Davis, and Javan O. Davis Sr.

Left to cherish Angela’s memory are her brothers, Javan O. (Kim) Davis Jr., Kevin L. Davis, Derek G. Davis, Ibrahim Abdul-Rahim (Farida), and Larry Stewart; nieces, Nicole M. (Ian) Townsend, Terri L. Davis and Pia Davis; nephew, Daniel Davis; 4 great-nieces, close friends, Lisa Peavy, Denise Parkman; family friend Pam Norris and a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
