DAVID F. BOYD, age 67; beloved companion of Lorraine Faber (nee Emerson); loving step-father of Madaline Dideon (husband Eric); devoted grandfather of Cole and Evelyn Dideon; treasured son of the late Raymond and Ruth (nee Mosses); dearest brother of Keith (wife Judith) and the late Janice; fond uncle of Tammy and Bryan; dearest nephew of Ruth Keller; dear cousin of Donna, Diane, Debbie, Jean and Bonnie and friend of many. Dave was a US Air Force Vietnam Veteran and a member and Past Commander of the Vietnam Veteran Memorial VFW Post #4796. A graduate of Mentor High School, Dave worked as an electrician for LTV Steel and was a Wickliffe resident for 15 years after moving from Collinwood. He enjoyed swimming, watching hockey and golf, listening to Blues music and was a fan of the Indians and Browns. Spending time with his grandchildren was one of his favorite pastimes.
