Private family services will be held for Anthony I. Nasca, 91, of Willoughby.<br><br>Mr. Nasca passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.<br><br>Born September 26, 1923 in Painesville, he was a lifelong Lake County resident.<br><br>He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Willoughby and served in the United States Army during World War II. He loved old movies and gardening. <br><br>Mr. Nasca was employed as an electrician at the former Diamond-Shamrock Corporation in Fairport Harbor until it closed. <br><br>Survivors are his wife of 62 years, Juanita (Lamos) Nasca; daughter, Candy Nasca of Tucson, AZ; son, Michael Nasca of Mentor and his sister, Josephine “JoJo” (Harold) Heinz of Painesville. <br><br>He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Sarah Nasca; four sisters and one brother. <br><br>Final resting place will be in Willoughby Cemetery.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to the Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Boulevard, Unit E, Mentor, OH 44060.<br>

Mr. Nasca passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.

Born September 26, 1923 in Painesville, he was a lifelong Lake County resident.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Willoughby and served in the United States Army during World War II. He loved old movies and gardening.

Survivors are his wife of 62 years, Juanita (Lamos) Nasca; daughter, Candy Nasca of Tucson, AZ; son, Michael Nasca of Mentor and his sister, Josephine “JoJo” (Harold) Heinz of Painesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Sarah Nasca; four sisters and one brother.

Final resting place will be in Willoughby Cemetery.
