Memorial services for Catherine M. (Phillips) Davies, 84, of Kirtland, will be at 4 PM on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby, Ohio.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM on Sunday, prior to the service.

Cathy passed away peacefully, Thursday, June 14, 2018 at her home.

Born November 17, 1933 in Mentor, she was a lifelong Lake County resident.

She enjoyed traveling, especially on cruises with her daughter. An avid reader, she also loved music, playing the organ and working crossword puzzles.

Mrs. Davies was employed as a Senior Sales Associate with Wells Fargo Brokerage for 42 years, retiring in 2000.

Survivors are her daughter and caregiver, Chris Malizio; nieces and nephews, Suzanne Gammel, Theresa (Augie) Haupt, Elizabeth (Bernie) Moss, Russ and Lindsey Moss, Eric, Andy and Dana Van Deventer, Jack Kozlosky and Marin and Mitchell Haupt; step-children, Debbie (John) Webster, Greg (Karen) Davies, Don (Tammy) Davies, Kim Mack, Dana Allen and Cheri (David) Zang; 12 step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Donald L. Davies, on December 10, 2017. Her parents, Peter and Christina (Kelly) Phillips and sister, Anne Gammel are also deceased.
