Graveside services for Doris E. Cody, 89, of Eastlake, will be Monday 12:30 PM at Willoughby Memorial Gardens.<br><br>Mrs. Cody passed away July 18, 2013 at Governor’s Pointe in Mentor. <br><br>She was born March 5, 1924 in Lisbon, OH, to Earl and Margaret (Cope) Lynn. She was a graduate of Willoughby Union High School.<br><br>Doris was married to Olin L. Cody for 63 years and he preceded her in death in 2012. They were Eastlake residents for more than 60 years.<br><br>She was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Willoughby Baptist Church and the church’s women’s groups.<br><br>Doris is survived by, son, Thomas (Roberta) Cody of Mentor; daughter, Kathleen Green of Mentor-on-the-Lake; grand daughters, Heather Cody, Kirsten Cody and Melissa Green; grandson, Jason Green, Sr. and great-grandchildren, Jason Green, Jr., Justin Green, Cody Laurich, Rebecca Green-Holmes and Nicholas Green-Holmes. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Charles Green, Jr. in 2011, two sisters and two brothers. <br><br>Visitation for Mrs. Cody will be Sunday 4-7 PM at the Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.<br><br>
