Private family services have been held for Emile A. Legros, Jr., 78, of Waite Hill. <br><br>Mr. Legros passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.<br><br>Born March 12, 1935 in Cleveland, he was a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident. <br><br>Mr. Legros served in the United States Army National Guard with Company C of the 112th Engineer Battalion. He was a member of the Lake County Blue Coats where he served as a trustee and also served as a director of Cedar Point in Sandusky. <br><br>Mr. Legros held many positions in the financial services field. He began his career as shareholder/securities salesman and vice president of First Cleveland Corporation, and also worked at the former Prescott & Company, Butcher & Singer Company, Roney & Company in Cleveland; Parker/Hunter in Painesville and most recently at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company. Additionally, he was involved with several local companies, including Legros and Company in Pepper Pike, Ameritainer, Inc. in Lansing, MI and Cleveland and LHIW Corporation in Willoughby, where he served in various positions. <br><br>Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Barbara Ann (Greene) Legros; daughter, Lucille Alease Legros of Kirtland and son, Emile A. Legros, III of Waite Hill Village, and sister, Judith J. (Dr. Douglas) Murray of Atlanta, GA. He also leaves several nieces and nephews and their families. <br><br>He was preceded in death by his parents, Emile A. Sr. and Lucile (Dieters) Legros and sister, Jacqueline Legros. <br><br>Private interment will be in South Kirtland cemetery.<br><br>Arrangements entrusted to Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, Willoughby. <br><br>
