Frances H. Lace

Funeral services for Frances H. (Hurst) Lace, 93, of Painesville Township, will be at 7 PM on Monday, November 19, 2018 at The Abundant Life Church of God, 14662 Old State Road, Middlefield.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Monday, prior to the service at the church.

Frances passed away peacefully Friday, November 16, 2018 at Briar Hill Health Care Center in Middlefield, with her family by her side.

Born May 16, 1925 in Painesville, she was a lifelong Lake County resident.

Frances was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Fellowship Baptist Church for over 40 years, and made it a priority in life to help others.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Frederick; children, Doug Lace and Karen (Dave) Weaver; granddaughters, Amanda (Steven) Oltmanns, Ashley and Alison Lace, and Kylie and Nicole Weaver and sister, Helen Donley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Rose Hurst. Her brothers, Thomas and Robert Hurst are also deceased.

Graveside services will be at 12 PM on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Mentor Cemetery (Section 12), 6881 Hopkins Rd., Mentor.

Family suggests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Briar Hill Health Care Center Activity Department, 15950 Pierce St., Middlefield OH 44062.
