Obituary
Mass of Christian Burial for Franklin J. Fiorilli, 85, of Timberlake, will be at 9:30 AM on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Sts. Robert & William Catholic Church, 367 East 260th Street, Euclid.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
Mr. Fiorilli passed away Monday, September 18, 2017 at Hospice House in Cleveland.
Born June 19, 1932 in Cleveland, he has lived in Timberlake for the past 62 years.
Mr. Fiorilli was a United States Army veteran and served during the Korean Conflict.
He was a member of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church in Eastlake, The Knights of Columbus and the Timberlake Men’s Club where he served as a past president. He served as a member and Chief of the former Timberlake Volunteer Fire Department for over 30 years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3863 in Willowick, the American Legion Willowick-Eastlake Post 678 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2300 in Willoughby.
Mr. Fiorilli was self-employed and owned Euclid Ignition on East 185th Street in Cleveland. He also worked for Hasek Radiator in Cleveland until his death.
Survivors are his children, Ann (Robert) Gonzalez and Paul (Ann) Fiorilli; six grandchildren, and siblings, Robert Fiorilli, Laverne Russell, JoAnn Andrus and Sue Fiorilli. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty in 2007. His parents, Joseph and Elsie (Clark) Fiorilli and sister, Phyllis Fiorilli are also deceased.
Private family interment will be in All Souls Cemetery.
