Geraldine F. Eckert

Funeral service for Geraldine F. (Alexander) Eckert, 80, of Madison Twp. will be 4:00 P.M. Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.

Family will receive friends 1:00- 4:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Mrs. Eckert passed away January 18, 2016 in Concord Twp. She was born November 1, 1935 in Cleveland. She lived in Eastlake, prior to moving to Madison Twp. 30 years ago.

Mrs. Eckert was a customer service representative at RanPak for 19 years. Prior to that she worked at Ohio Rubber in Willoughby.

She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed gambling and bird watching.

Survivors include her sons Ronald (Barbara) Eckert and James Eckert; granddaughters Cassandra (Nicholas Brugh) Eckert and Allison Eckert; great-granddaughter Ava Marie Brugh; sisters Gertrude and Ina; brother Robert. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband George H. Eckert Jr. in March, 2014.
