Funeral services for James T. Picquet, 82, of Eastlake, will be at 7 PM on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.<br>The family will receive friends from 3-7 PM on Wednesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.<br>Jim passed away January 15, 2019 at Hospice House in Cleveland. Born November 15, 1936 in Cleveland, he has spent the last 55 years in Eastlake.<br>Jim was a Plant Manager for National Telephone Supply for 62 years, retiring in 2016. He was an U.S. Army Veteran. <br>He enjoyed woodwork and construction. He loved sitting on the porch with his beloved dog, Oscar. <br>Survivors include his children, Chris Picquet, James Picquet, Terry (Toni) Picquet, Tammy Wanchisn, and Scott Picquet; grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Tianna, and Travis; great-grandson, Liam. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their families. <br>He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice (Rodono) Picquet; brothers, Edward and Donald Picquet and sisters, Marie Subeck and Mildred Nehez. His parents, Oscar and Mary (Brown) Picquet are also deceased.<br>Family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.<br>
