Joseph Baumgartner

Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph Baumgartner, 99, of Highland Heights, will be at 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic Church, 5384 Wilson Mills Road, Highland Heights.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby, and from 10-10:30 AM on Friday, June 14, 2019, at the Church, prior to the Mass.

Mr. Baumgartner passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at his home in Highland Heights, surrounded in love by his family.

Born October 27, 1919 in Sathmarer, Romania, he was a longtime Highland Heights resident.

Survivor are his daughter, Anna Minadeo; grandchildren, Nicole (Robert) Williams, Christopher (Miranda) Minadeo and James (Kira) Minadeo; great-grandchildren, Oliver and Liam Williams and Avery and Cole Minadeo. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Maria (Engel) Baumgartner and siblings, Paul and Elizabeth.

Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township, following the Mass on Saturday.
