Josephine Mason

Services for Josephine (Bosley) Mason, 85, of Mentor, will be at 10 AM on Friday, June 14, 2013 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mrs. Mason passed away Thursday, June 12, 2013 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, on her 85th birthday.

Born in Keyser, WV, she has lived in Mentor for the past 61 years.

She attended Central Assembly of God in Mentor and was a member of the Mentor Senior Center. She enjoyed bible study, embroidery and latch hooking.

Survivors are her daughter, Darlene Mason of Mentor-on-the-Lake and son, Harry (Beth) Mason of Mentor and grandson, Adam (Janet) Korpela of Garfield Heights. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

Her husband of 61 years, Harry R. Mason, passed away March 30, 2008. Her parents, Grover and Viola (Evans) Bosley and thirteen brothers and sisters are also deceased.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the funeral home. The Rev. Charles Pahlman of Central Assembly of God will officiate at the service. Final resting place will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.
