Memorial services for Judith A. (Wooley) Stoddard, 71, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, will be 7:30 PM, Saturday, July 6, 2013, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-7:30 at the funeral home.<br><br>Mrs. Stoddard passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013, at her residence surrounded by her family.<br><br>Born August 8, 1941 in Cleveland, she had lived in Mentor for more than 40 years before moving to Mentor-on-the-Lake.<br><br>She was a dedicated volunteer with the March of Dimes, was involved with the Special Olympics for many years, and was employed as a bus driver for the Deepwood Center in Mentor.<br><br>She is survived by her daughter, Durinda (Bill) Johnson of Madison; son, Jason (Danelle) Stoddard, of Mentor; grandchildren, Sanita, Jassalynn, Ryan, Erin, Ashleigh, Kayla, Monique, Kendra, Makenna, one grand daughter due in September and nine great grandchildren. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.<br><br>She was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Stoddard, Sr., her parents, Louis G. Wooley and Vernice D. Burgess and sister, Marolyn Zukoski.<br><br>Final resting place will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, in Twinsburg.<br><br>The family encourages contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland 44110.<br>
