Kathryn J. Lemons

Kathy ascended with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to heaven on April 30, 2020.

She passed away peacefully at her residence in Kirtland, Ohio.

She was born October 18, 1937 in Fayette County Pennsylvania.

She always felt that faith, family and love could conquer anything.

She instilled these values into her children throughout her life.

She had a contagious sense of humor which could be ornery at times.

She always told her children not to weep over her grave.

Her body was merely a vessel for her soul while here on Earth.

She would continue to live in heaven and the hearts and memories of all.

Another of her sayings was,"Bring me flowers when I'm alive and can enjoy them."

"Don't bring them to me when I'm dead."

Kathy had retired from Kirtland School District.

Kathy is survived by her children: Debra (Ken) Conner of PA;

Sons, Charles (Jean) Johnson of PA; Jacob (Pam) Johnson of Painesville Twp;

and James E. Lemons III of Kirtland. Brother Bud (Sandy) Sutton of PA and sister Diane (Pete) Clinard of Florida. Niece Rachelle Koontz Parker of Florida, whom she treated

as a daughter. Sisters-in-law Janet (John) Koontz & Janet Lemons, brothers-in laws Donald & Mack Lemons all of Florida.

Her nine grandchildren, Sam, Ryan, Jennifer, Joshua, Lisa, Laurie, Mike, Dana & Julie.

As well as 10 great grandchildren Kaylee, Justin, Katelyn, Conner, Mackenzie, Aubrey, Robbie, Parker, Ayden & Mathew and great-great grandchild Delilah. Nephews Brian & Doug. Grand niece Melissa & great-grand nephew Devon

Preceeding her in death was her husband, James E. Lemons Jr.; son, Gary Lemons; Parents, Cordie Pepe and Phillip Sutton; step-father Sam Pepe; and her grand-parents, Jake & Kathryn Bowers.

Due to Covid-19 there will be no services. There will be a celebration of Kathy's life at a later date.
