Larry R. Speece

Memorial services for Larry Raymond Speece, 78, of Kirtland, will be 9 AM Saturday, March 24, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church of Willoughby, 4785 Shankland Rd., Willoughby.
Mr. Speece passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 in Kirtland. He was born in Cleveland to Virgil and Dorothy Speece on September 12, 1939.
He graduated from Charles F. Brush High School. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 6 years. He married Harriet Shambarger on March 24, 1962. Larry worked as a self-employed machinist of Lariet Incorporated and Speece Machine.
Larry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Harriet; sons, Roger (Christine) Speece and David (Lori) Speece; grandsons, Samuel and Mathew; brothers, Peter (Jan) Speece and James (Judy) Speece.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Dorothy Speece and his grandson, Zachary.
Family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday, March 23, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby.
