Linda Novotny passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015 in Cleveland.
Born June 22, 1954 in Painesville, she has lived in Willoughby most of her life.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother, as well as an inspiration to many. She was also an active member of Christian LIFE Church in Mentor.
Survivors are her husband Phillip Novotny; daughter, Rachel (Luis) Verde of Mayfield Hts.; grandchildren, Eliana and Audrey; Sister, Becky Liedtke, brother, Carl (Cathy) Liedtke and nephew, Michael Liedtke, all of Willoughby.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ellajean Liedtke and a brother, Henry “Skippy” Liedtke.
Services for Linda will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. Pastor Donald Knipp of Christian LIFE Church will officiate at the service.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.
Final resting place will be in Willoughby Cemetery.
An educational savings account has been set up for Linda's grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the "Verde Education Fund."
