Lucinda Mae “Cindy” Conley, age 87, a resident of Willowick for 53 years passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 in Willoughby.

She was born July 21, 1926 in Cleveland.

Mrs. Conley was a secretary for the Willoughby Eastlake School System working at Edison Elementary School, Kennedy Junior High and South High School, retiring in 1987; served as OAPSE Union President for several years; she was a graduate of Willoughby Union High School; she enjoyed playing bingo and travelling to Las Vegas.

Survivors include her husband Donald L of 54 years; daughter Lisa (Tony) Gabriel of Eastlake; son Mitchell (Leslie) Conley of New Baden, IL; grandchildren Kaitlyn and Christopher Gabriel and Cynthia, Melissa, Rachael, Brian, and Jessica Conley; 1 great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Hilda Marsh and Glela Brown; brother John Friel.

Family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby 44094. Private Family Inurnment in Knollwood Cemetery.
