Mildred F. Dougherty-Telisman

Mass of Christian Burial for Mildred F. (Nestick) Dougherty-Telisman, 95, of Wickliffe, will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Sts. Robert & William Catholic Church, 367 East 260th Street, Euclid. The Rev. Fr. John D. Betters will officiate at the Mass.

The family will receive friends from 2-6 PM on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

Mrs. Dougherty-Telisman passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Brookdale at Wickliffe.

Born September 3, 1923 in Cleveland, she was a longtime Euclid resident before moving to Wickliffe.

She was an active member of Sts. Robert & William Catholic Church and Our Lady of the Lakes in Euclid.

Mrs. Dougherty-Telisman was employed as a secretary at Kerr-Lakeside Manufacturing in Euclid, retiring many years ago.

Mildred loved her family and lived life to the fullest.

Survivors are her children, Jeri (Wayne) Wiblin, Hellen (Brian) Donegan, John (Sharon Woodward) Dougherty and Maureen (Richard) Gvora; step-daughters, Nancy (Steve) Wirbel, Rosemary (Frank) Jankowski, Janet Saxon and Joyce (Mike) Kucharson; 28 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Dougherty in 1995 and her second husband, Thomas Telisman in 2011. Her parents, Joseph and Anna (Mickovic) Nestick, sister, Helen Usenik , brother, Billy Nestick, step-son-in-law, Jeff Saxon, are also deceased.

Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Twp.
