Services for Neal Samuel Winters, 46, of Wickliffe, will be at 7 PM on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby.

The family will receive friends from 3-7 PM on Thursday, prior to the service.

Neal passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016.

Born January 9, 1970 in Mayfield Heights, he has lived in Wickliffe for the past 17 years.

He was an avid boater and member of Chagrin River Yacht Club. He was also an avid gamer and sci-fi fan. He was a kind and loving friend to everyone he met, with a unique sense of humor and a contagious smile.

Neal was a minority partner in local Red Wing Shoe Stores.

He was a loving father of Robert Bair, Austin Winters and Connor Winters. He is also survived by his mother, Gloria (Jeff) Shelden of Willowick and siblings, Dianne Dever of Seattle, WA; William (Lynn) Raspe of Chicago, IL; Kurt (Sue) Raspe of Willowick; Kelly Winters of Geneva and Denise Winters of Eastlake. He also leaves his girlfriend, Erin Discenza of Painesville, his former wife, Patti Jagels of Euclid and many nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his father, Neal Edward Winters.
