Nick Alexander, 48, of Willoughby, passed away unexpectedly on September 19, 2020 at West Medical Center in Willoughby.

Nick was born on September 18, 1972 at the former Booth Memorial Hospital in Cleveland.

He graduated from Willoughby South High School in 1991 and also received a business marketing education certificate from the Willoughby-Eastlake Technical Center.

Nick was an avid Cleveland sports fan who was always happy to sit and talk sports or life with anyone. He was a kind and gentle soul who cherished spending time with family and friends, as well as enjoying nature, music, and playing sports. He held a special place in the hearts of all his family and friends and will truly be missed.

Nick is survived by his parents, Kerry and Linda Laymon; his three siblings, Stephanie Laymon, Victoria Foreman (Michael), and Matthew Laymon his aunt, Dorothy Roman; and a niece and four nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Betty Roman.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th, 2020 at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue at 6 PM. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM, prior to the service.
