Patricia A. Schroer

Private family services will be held for Patricia A. (nee: Olsen) (Jones) Schroer, 76, of Eastlake.

Mrs. Schroer passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.

Born June 18, 1936 in Cleveland, she was a longtime Lake County resident.

Mrs. Schroer was employed as a secretary at the former C&M Machine and Aluma Corporation, and retired from Stanmoor Realty in Eastlake.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Charles; son, Richard Jones of Eastlake; daughter, Colleen (Mark) Hawthorne of Concord Twp.; step-daughter, Darlene (Ken) Stenberg of Williston, ND; step-son, Charles (Renee) Schroer, Jr. of Ashtabula; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Miles of Venice, FL and brothers, Vince (Patricia) Olsen of Perry and Michael (Linda) Olsen of St. Louis, MO. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and their families.

Her daughter, Randy Simunic passed away October 15, 2000. Her parents, Vincent and Katherine Olsen, brother, Patrick Olsen and brother-in-law, Jim Miles are also deceased.
